One of our standout projects involved a 4500 sq. ft. residential property in the Californis,USA. Our team was tasked with modeling the property’s interior, exterior, and surrounding topography with LOD 300 accuracy, and ensuring a 10mm tolerance for seamless integration with future design and construction efforts.

Challenges
- The project presented several challenges, including the need to model the detailed topography with various slopes and natural features, along with modelling few vegetation such as trees. Additionally, the model required precision, with a 10mm tolerance factor, to ensure no discrepancies in future construction or renovations.
Deliverables
- A fully detailed 3D BIM model of the residence with architectural and structural elements at LOD 250.
- An accurate representation of the topography, including slopes, elevations, and few surrounding vegetation.
